To enroll in the Emprende Workshop you must complete the registration form (which can be completed and downloaded on this website) and submit it to the CubaEmprende office; you must then attend a short interview that all applicants must undergo. These interviews are conduced every Monday and Thursday of the month, between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon. You may go any of those two days and fill out the application form and submit it right there if you have not been able to do it beforehand. Additionally, you must participate in a motivational seminar before the Workshop starts, the date of which shall be announced during the interview.

The Workshop lasts four consecutive weeks, four hours per day (from 8:30 to 12:30 p.m.). The entire registration process and all classes take place at Centro Cultural Padre Félix Varela (CCPFV), the former seminary of San Carlos and San Ambrosio located at calle Tacón between Chacón and Mercaderes, Habana Vieja, behind the Cathedral of Havana.

The Workshop is free to anyone interested in either starting a business or improving an existing one, and even just for the sake of training. The only requirements are to be of legal age, to have completed secondary education studies, and to reside permanently in Cuba. For the commencement dates of upcoming Workshops, please see the calendar available on this site.
